About Pleelo

Is Pleelo the same as Pleo?

No. Pleelo is the office app for small service businesses in the Americas — invoicing, workers, clients, and payments in minutes. Pleo is a European corporate expense card — different product, different company.

How long does setup take?

Most service businesses are sending their first invoice within 10 minutes. Onboarding is three short steps: pick your trade, add a worker (optional), and create your first job.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. The first month is free, and the first 10 signups in your city also get free 1-on-1 onboarding. No credit card required to start.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no contract — cancel from inside the app whenever you want. You keep access until the end of your billing period.

Finance

What makes Pleelo different from QuickBooks?

Pleelo is an operating backbone, not just bookkeeping. Your team manages billing, providers, contractors, CRM, inventory, and day-to-day execution in one connected workflow instead of stitching separate tools together.

Can finance stay connected to provider and contractor workflows?

Yes. Provider records, expenses, and contractor readiness stay connected so your team can move faster and avoid duplicated work.

Does Pleelo support receivables and financial visibility?

Yes. Pleelo supports invoicing, receivables, payments, and reporting visibility so teams can understand what has been billed, paid, and still needs follow-up.

Contractors and Providers

How does contractor onboarding work?

Open the provider, classify them as a contractor, send the onboarding request, let them complete the W-9 flow, then review and approve it from Pleelo.

Can vendors and contractors live in the same directory?

Yes. Pleelo uses one Providers module with classification and readiness status instead of splitting vendors and contractors into unrelated systems.

What does payment readiness mean?

It tells you whether a contractor is blocked, awaiting review, or ready to pay based on the compliance workflow.

CRM

Can Pleelo handle property-style leads?

Yes. Leads can include address-first information, geolocation, and richer operational context when the opportunity is tied to a place, not just a person.

What happens when a lead becomes a customer?

Use Convert to Customer from the lead detail page. Pleelo creates the customer-side record and keeps the commercial context connected to the rest of the business.

Inventory and WMS

Does inventory connect with finance?

Yes. Inventory has more value in Pleelo because it lives closer to providers, purchasing, sales, and finance than it would in a disconnected tool stack.

Can I work with purchase-order flows?

Yes. You can keep purchasing activity connected to providers, stock movement, and the rest of your operating workflow.

Administration

Can I manage more than one company?

Yes. Pleelo supports multi-organization access, so operators can move between entities from one account while keeping data separated per organization.

How do permissions work?

Pleelo uses roles and permissions so access can be limited by responsibility across finance, HR, sales, and operations.

Migration and Setup

Can Pleelo help me move from QuickBooks or spreadsheets?

Yes. Pleelo includes setup and import tools so your team can move over faster without rebuilding everything manually.

What makes implementation easier?

The setup wizard, multi-organization flow, and import path reduce the amount of manual work needed in the early onboarding phase.
